  Start Or Switch enables access to the Start Menu from any application,
any where on the screen, via a menu activated by a right click. The menu
also lists all running applications, allowing task switching without using
the Taskbar. The Start Or Switch menu will not obscure any context menu
that may also be displayed by a right click. You may configure Start Or
Switch to popup on a right click anywhere in the screen, on a window's
title bar, on a window's menu bar, on the Desktop, or any combination of
these.

distribute Start Or Switch freely on Online Services. You may not sell
copies of Start Or Switch. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or
modify Start Or Switch or its resources. You may not modify the SosMenu.zip
file or its contents.

SETUP

  Copy SosMenu.exe and SosLib.dll to the SAME folder. Now run
SosMenu.exe. A right click will activate Start Or Switch.
